Quality Nutritional Supplements are the only things you should purchase for you and your family. You may see on supplement bottles different logos which mean different things. The easiest certification to get for manufacturing is GMP (good manufacturing practices). This means the factory is safe and clean. cGMP is even better but I like to see more stringent verification methods involved in supplements we recommend to our patients. All the supplement companies we recommend are NSF, NPA or USP. All this means to you is exactly what the label says in the quantity of nutrient is in actual pill. GMP does not mean that. For example, you could sell a supplement with only a filler inside of the capsule in a clean, safe plant and it would get a designation of GMP. The long and the short of this is to purchase your supplements from a trustworthy source.
